Accommodations

Guest rooms are individually painted and stenciled by a New Hope artist and graced with fresh-cut flowers all year 'round.  Hand-picked antiques, original art, scented English soaps, plush towels and extra pillows are in all guest rooms.  All rooms have a private bathroom (ensuite) with a shower unless noted otherwise, a queen or king size bed, telephone with voicemail and air conditioning.  Some also have a double Jacuzzi, private porches and / or fireplaces and color cable TV and brass ceiling fans.  Private pool, tennis club and health club privileges are also available for a small fee.  We also offer local calling and free WiFi access throughout the inn, including sleeping accommodations.

Days begin with a generous home baked breakfast and ends with a tot of Carl's secret almond liquor and chocolates at your bedside.   

Breakfast is served daily from 8:30 – 10:00 a.m. in Wedgwood’s dining room, on our back porch, or if you desire, you may have breakfast in your room or on your private balcony.  An early breakfast tray can also be arranged for you. 

The Guest Pantry is available 24 hours.  Hot and cold beverages, just-baked cookies, hard candies and fruit are available throughout the day.  A special Afternoon Tea is served on Saturdays and Holiday Sundays.  For some of our most requested Recipes Click Here

French Victorian 2-Room Suite (U-1)

First Floor front/side corner rooms with a Queen size French Victorian bed.  The bedroom also has a color cable TV, clock radio, ceiling fan and telephone with voicemail.  There is a separate bathroom.  The adjoining room has a two-person Jacuzzi tub facing a gas fireplace and two windows..

Two-Room Gazebo Suite (U-6)

Second floor front/side corner room with Queen size bed with bronze detail.  The bedroom also has a color cable TV, clock radio, ceiling fan and telephone with voicemail. There is a separate bathroom which has a two-person shower.  The adjoining room has a two-person Jacuzzi tub facing a gas fireplace and two windows..

Two-Level Suite (U-8)

This Jacuzzi Suite has an entrance through the main inn in addition to a private entrance. The first floor (second storey) features a 2 person corner Jacuzzi, brass and wood ceiling fan, refrigerator, microwave, telephone with voicemail, table and chairs and a private porch facing south. The top floor has soaring ceilings, a Queen bed, electric Franklin Stove fireplace, color cable TV/DVD, skylights, and a French door leading to another Victorian porch. There is also another ceiling fan and individually-controlled A/C.

Deluxe Carriage House Suite (U-10)

This separate two-story cottage, c. 1890, is located in the backyard and overlooks the verdant Manchester Valley.  First floor has 9 windows, a sitting area with sleeper sofa, a wood-burning fireplace, and a refrigerator and microwave, plus a bathroom.  There is also a two-person Jacuzzi tub in a corner nook which overlooks the room.  The second floor has one bedroom with Queen size bed, color cable TV and two French doors leading out to a large covered porch.  Ideal for a couple with one child, or a small dog (with prior approval).

Sleigh Bed Suite (U-5)

Very large corner room on the second floor Queen size mahagony sleigh bed and a wood-burning Franklin Stove fireplace with glass door and screen.  There is also a color cable TV, DVD and telephone with voicemail.

Loft Suite (U-9)

Very large third floor space with King size bed, refrigerator and hot water tap, electric Franklin fireplace, private Victorian balcony and a color cable TV and telephone with voicemail.    Ideal for a couple with one child, or a small dog (with prior approval).

First Floor corner room with Queen size bed, seven windows and a private entrance, as well as an Inn entrance.  The large bathroom has a combination tub/shower. There is also a color cable TV, DVD and telephone with voicemail.  Ideal for a couple with one child, or a small dog (with prior approval).

Gardenview Room (U-7)

Large second floor corner room with Queen size bed, seven windows and a private Victorian balcony, a private entrance, plus an Inn entrance. The large bathroom has a combination tub/shower.  There is also a color cable TV and telephone with voicemail.
